Enough is Enough - A Threat & a Promise!
ATTENTION:
KicksandSnares.com & SamplersParadise.com Customers & Affiliates.
We've recently noticed a trend of our customers & affiliates ILLEGALLY trading, selling & posting KicksandSnares.com & SamplersParadise.com Kits, Sounds and Samples online.
As we are a small company, this disloyalty literally takes food out of the mouths of some at K&S and SP: Including our kids. This is NOT acceptable.
We try harder than ANY OTHER SITE ONLINE to provide GREAT Sounds and Service at intentionally LOWER prices than the competition; to give EVERYONE an equal opportunity in making it in the music industry. We even try to be down to earth, treat everyone with respect and courtesy(including our competition) and offer things that other site wouldn't dare--like FREE KITS and 50% discounts! But apparently, some take kindness for weakness...
So, As a new rule we must take these matters into our own hands. Starting NOW, from this point on anyone identified as a 'customer' or affiliate(given free product for promotional purposes) caught trading, selling or posting (OR EVEN ASKING FOR OR OFFERING) products from our 2 Sites,
WILL HAVE THEIR OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION TRADED, SOLD AND/OR POSTED. THIS INCLUDES: EMAILS, MAILING ADDRESSES & EVEN CREDIT CARD NUMBERS & PAYPAL INFO,
via Rapidshare, BitTorrent, Limewire, Ebay, Craiglist--whatever works... It's only fair, right?
We've just hired 2 folks to search the internet for these reason alone. so it's suggested that if you have any posts, emails blogs, or torrents attached to your IP addresses, now's the time to remove 'em. Did I mention, most new kits have IP trails, so we can see where kits came from and where they end up? so if we can trace it to you, YOU ARE THE TARGET(OR WHOEVER'S NAME/PAYMENT INFO/EMAIL IS ATTACHED TO THAT KIT). Yup, technology is a bitch like that, both ways.
And if you think it's a joke, just try it...
Yes. This may be unethical & probably illegal, but when you are taking food out of 4yr old's mouths, we have to fight FIRE WITH FIRE. Take is as a Threat, Promise, Bet, or whutever. At the end of the day, just make sure you are not on our list - already about 214 customers traced since this morning, that are about to 'feel it'...
As I've always said, We are real folks with real goals over here @ K&S/SP. If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to contact me personally. We discuss any whutever you may have grievances over.
To all those not involved it this BS, we thank you for your true support and we will soon have something for you exclusively...
