Screwston "Slow Learner" and Last Chair Violinist Screwed and Chopped

Since the passing of Houston's most celebrated Dj, Dj Screw, the city has been in a constant state of mourning. Although no one could ever replace the father of "Screwed & Chopped" music, our city has kept the torch very brightly lit. "Screwston" is the nationally recognized nickname given to the bayou city by South Park Mexican, one of Screw's biggest fans and a personal friend.
The Screwston series has been a part of Texas' music culture since 2001. The "Slow Learner" is the newest, greatest Screwston release to date. Hometown artists SPM, Chingo Bling, Trae, Rob G, Lil' O, K-Rino, Klondike Kat, and many more Screwstonians have all contributed their creativity to help make this a truly special testament of our love for Dj Screw. Dj Rapid Ric has taken his craft to the other side of the world and back, but the lone star state will always be home.
With that said, Rapid Ric's talent is showcased throughout the entire project to give "Slow Learner" that vintage Screw-tape sound. With fifteen original songs that will surely keep the Screw-heads leanin', "Slow Learner" is proof that neither Dj Screw's legacy nor the Screwston series will ever fade. Due to be April/May release.
